Do any of your patients have androgen deficiency syndrome? If so, how did you diagnose them and what treatments have you prescribed?

it is difficult to know what to do about patients who come in and want to be on testosterone because they have read about the benefits of replenishmsnt and yet they don't have obvious clinical deficiency.
